A) Yes, booking in advance is essential, especially during busy periods such as school holidays and the summer months. This ensures we can reserve a comfortable space for your pet. All bookings are secured by a 50% deposit.

A) All pets must be fully vaccinated before boarding.

Dogs: Require up-to-date vaccinations for Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, and Kennel Cough (Bordetella). The Kennel Cough vaccination has to be administered at least 2 weeks before their stay with us, if they are not already up to date.

Cats: Need current vaccinations against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu. Please bring your pet’s vaccination certificate when checking in.

A) Absolutely. Our experienced staff are qualified to administer medication and cater for special dietary needs. Please provide clear written instructions and bring any prescribed food or medication with your pet. There may be an additional charge for out of hours medication administration.

A) Please bring your pet’s vaccination certificate on registration. We provide high quality James Wellbeloved kibble, as well as various wet food brands, but if you prefer to bring your own food, or if you are providing any medication, then make sure written instructions are included. You will need your own lead to transport your pet from your own vehicle to the provided boarding area. We provide comfortable bedding but if you wish to bring a familiar toy or blanket, then that is absolutely no problem

A) Dogs are exercised individually or in family pairs several times daily in our secure exercise areas. Cats are housed in spacious chalets with enrichment toys and interaction, ensuring comfort and stimulation throughout their stay.

A) Yes! We encourage prospective customers to visit our kennels and cattery during opening hours. This gives you a chance to see our facilities, meet the team, and ask any questions. Please contact us to arrange a visit!

A) Your pet’s welfare is our top priority. Wherever possible we use your own vet for familiarity, and our staff are trained to recognise and respond to any signs of illness or distress.

A) Yes, we regularly care for elderly, nervous, or first-time boarders. Our calm environment and attentive staff help every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. We have several kennel options available, and upon booking, we select the most suitable one for your pet's needs.

A) We’re based near Ely and welcome pets from Huntingdon, Downham Market, Newmarket, Cambridge, Peterborough, March, Cottenham, Histon, Chatteris, and the surrounding areas.
